During the annual meeting, the HOA membership elects homeowners to serve on the Board of Directors (BOD). There are currently five members on the BOD, who serve three-year terms. The terms are staggered so that continuity is maintained from year to year.

After the annual meeting, the Board determines who will occupy each position. Currently, the officers elected each year are President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer, with the fifth member of the Board serving as an At-Large member.  Those serving on the BOD are non-paid homeowners within our community, it is strictly a volunteer position.
