Community Information
This section contains information about the River View @ Rolling Brook Homeowners Association and how it is operated.
MISSION
The mission of the River View @Rolling Brook Homeowners Association is to maintain and improve the community’s commonly owned grounds, streets, and facilities, as well as to provide specific services (e.g., trash pickup, snow removal, pool maintenance) to ensure that River View is a beautiful place to live.
All 317 owners make up the Homeowners Association (HOA), whose function is overseen by a Board of Directors (BOD) elected each year at the Annual General Membership Meeting. It is the BOD that determines how much the annual HOA fees will be for each upcoming year and how that money is allocated.
Services are contracted via a review of proposals submitted to the BOD. The day-to-day administration of the HOA functions is contracted to a professional community management company. Burke Community Management Group is our management group. Click here for their website.
Most homeowner questions are fielded by our management company as directed by the BOD. However, ultimate decisions regarding income, expenditures of funds, contracts, and other issues of policy are always made by the BOD
