When is swimming pool season?

The pool is open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend each year. 

What are the pool hours?

Monday - Thursday*          11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Fridays                               11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Saturday - Sunday            11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Holidays                             11:00 AM - 7:00 PM

*From Memorial Day until the end of the Prince William County School year in mid-June, the pool is open from on Monday - Friday from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Who can use the pool?

Homeowners or residents of River View @ Rolling Brook HOA may use the pool at no cost.  

Seasonal guest passes are available to River View @ Rolling Brook residents only for $25.   

What are the pool rules? 

While too numerous and detailed to list here, pool rules have been established to ensure safe and pleasant pool use for all authorized users.  Pool rules are distributed each year with the pool “packets” to all HOA members.  Additionally, they are available and posted at the swimming pool. 

Who is in charge of the pool?

The HOA has contracted with MGN Pools, LLC. to operate the pool and its related facilities.  The Senior Life Guard is responsible for maintaining safety and order at the pool.  All lifeguards have full authorization to enforce pool rules and to prohibit use of the pool to rules offenders.
